I had a bad experience with another bed shop who failed to deliver and took my money and so was recommended Dreams. The customer service was amazing in Maidstone. The salesman called Cliff listened to what I wanted and took time to show my son different mattresses and let him try them out. He recommended the one which suited him and the bed we choose the best. He was polite, very knowledgeable but didn't pressurise me at all. He showed us different colours of headboards and what different types and firmness of matress on offer there were. He wrote my choices down and I went home to consider then returned next day to purchase.

We came to store, immediately had access to hand sanitiser and all signs were clear on needing masks (not something all stores are doing). We were greeted with a hello and asked if we needed assistance. We wanted to use the sleep match tool and someone help immediately. After this was completed I informed the assistance we were keen on another Tempur mattress and immediately got handed over to Cliff who immediately came across as friendly, listened to our needs and was clearly VERY knowledgeable on the entire range. He helped us choose pillows, a mattress and the additional Dreams protection. Pricing was provided which not only was in line with all other tempur vendors but also came with the Tempur cool touch - something one else does. We came back the next day and placed the order...again being greeted by friendly staff and being offered water whilst we waited for Cliff to become free to see us (Our request to wait based on his amazing customer service the day before). Overall, a very clean store, beds being anti-bac’ed after each test, all PPE in place as desired, fantastic staff that really know their stuff and prices all where they should be. The assistant Toni couldnt have been more helpful, offering us a drink on several occasions, showing us to our desired items, giving us pillows, & allowing us as much time as we needed to try the mattresses while keeping an eye on us & checking several times if we needed anymore assistance.
