The salesman did not pressure me

The assistant Neriman was extremely helpful and guided through the process, and we loved the Sleepmatch system. Would defo recommend to our friends and family

We arrived around 10am on a Wednesday morning and were the only customers in the store. Toni greeted us and offered help and let us have a look around and when we needed her, she was there for us. Once we had decided on our purchases, we sat with Toni at the tills and around 4 different groups of customers came in. Toni was the only colleague available in store at the time and was very professional when excusing herself to assist other customers and very apologetic when she had to leave us to greet someone. We were in no rush and she offered us a drink while we were sat waiting. Toni was very friendly and we didn’t feel any pressure to purchase anything and there was no ‘hard sell’ for extras etc like you can get in some stores.
