But he was not pushey we were asked to lay on a special bed that took measurements ect, several makes off mattresses came up , and with the help off the sales assistant cliff , we decided to purchase the Tempur mattress. Hello, Toni the sale's assistant who was assisting me in my purchase, was in my opinion that of very high standards in her personal manner and bearing, highly knowledgeable about the product, proffesional yet personal in her approach to my specific needs not just for helping me to choose my ideal bed ,but I suffer with PTSD Anxiety and Depression from my Military Service, Toni was exemplary in her conduct, customer care her whole approach is to be rewarded , Along with specific praise to be forwarded to her good self for her compassion and understanding of my mental and physical needs. I would also like to mention Nick who was also very well mannered and approachable, especially when assistance was asked for by Toni.
