Made an appointment over the phone with Neriman who was also the assistant who helped me today and remembered me. She was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and explained things fully to me and really wanted to help me select the right mattress for my spinal conditions. She was willing to spend as long as I needed to make the right decision. She also explained about the 30-40 day part where if I find it is not the right mattress for me I can exchange it which was very comforting to me considering the importance and expense of it

We were greeted by a member of staff (Toni), we discussed our requirements provided excellent service, explained how you use computer imagery to check how we sleep, check which mattress was right for us. Using this detail, Toni presented a range of suitable products, talked through each and made the selection easier for us. The best experience we have had when looking for replacement mattress.

I found it very easy to come in, try the products I was interested in online and the salesperson, Nick, was very helpful with arranging the purchase.
