We attended on Friday and Nick was very helpful. We went away to think about our choice and then returned on Saturday. Nothing was too much trouble and Nick explained all the options available to us and gave us lots of time to make our decision

My self and my partner was greeted with positive energy, immediately putting us at ease and asking questions in which may help us , it has really helped and was always checking on us asking if we needed drinks or if we are comfortable

Neriman was knowledgable, friendly and patient. The products were good, the technology was good - very impressive

We were served by Neriman. She was approachable and kind. She explained everything extremely well despite wearing a mask and it being a Extremely hot day. She came over to us as soon as we required assistance and didnt keep Us waiting. I thought her approach was very good. In comparison to Bensons for beds which we had gone to first (terrible customer service!). We left that shop disappointed and irritated. So when we came to dreams we were so happy.
