Cliff was very helpful and answered any questions we had. He had a great deal of knowledge about the products. Very pleased with our visit and our purchase

We were greeted by friendly staff upon entering the store and the entrance was clearly set out in a way to manage social distancing guidance with hand gel etc. We were given the option of just browsing or to get assistance and when we explained that we were looking for a new mattress we were assigned a knowledgeable member of staff to help (Toni). It is particularly hot today so it was nice that we were offered drinks as well. After using the sleep match machine we were shown some recommended mattresses and given pillows so that we could try the mattresses at our own pace without any pressure. It is worth mentioning as well that we did have to bring our two young children in store with us, including a noisy and active toddler and we are grateful that the sale assistant was very friendly towards them both and happy to talk to our toddler while we were trying the mattresses. Overall it was a very positive experience.
