The sales Adviser, Toni, was excellent. She was welcoming, friendly, and impressed us with her product knowledge. We had a wonderful shopping experience at Dreams thanks to Toni, and we’d recommend Dreams because of her.

We were welcomed and used the sanitisers. We were offered a drink. We were provided with a pillow each while looking at products. We were given a sleepmatch experience to ascertain what type of mattress would suit us. We were assisted to several mattresses to try out and when we made our decision our man Nick explained all about it prior to us making our purchase. Very good experience.

There should have been covers for the pillows,but the delivery had not turned up.I do not feel a spray to be adequate.

I was very happy with the service that we received I am 92 and Nick was very patient with me when I asked him to repeat questions very nice man
