The staff member who helped us couldn't have been more helpful. Pointed us in the right place. We tried the stimulant bed too which was great. Was really nice to our small children and supplied us with water. No pressure given but patience whilst we decided out of the two we narrowed it down to. Explained everything we needed to know right to the very end.

We visited soon after COVID restrictions were lifted, the staff and layout of the store was great. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Gemma at the St Andrew's Quay store was brilliant. She welcomed us into the store and informed us of the PPE that was available and the social distancing guidelines. We were looking for a mattress and wasn't really sure of what type to look for. Gemma explained the benefits of the Sleep Match machine in order to narrow down our choices. From this we found a mattress that we both loved. We were advised on delivery times and offered disposal of our old mattress and extended guarantee of our new mattress. Brilliant service from Dreams/Gemma and would highly recommend to anyone.
