Walked in service straight away told what was looking for took us straight to it knowledgeable about the product all done and dusted in less than 10 minutes

On entering the store I was greeted by James, I advised him what I wanted & he showed me various beds (his product knowledge was excellent). I chose the bed required & the process of payment & delivery was quick & easy. With regards to James I found him to be polite, professional with a first class product knowledge.

Grace was very knowledgeable in the products she was selling, very friendly and helpful, I was given a good balance of help to choose which was the right mattress for me and time and space to decide and try as many options as I wanted. All in all a pleasant experience and I came away with the right bed for me.

The assistant was very helpful myself and my partner both needed different firmness the assistant helped us both with the machine that sees which was best for both of us then took us to the beds which suited us .we where most satisfied she explained everything about the makeup of the matterous. We where very happy when we left the store.i was very impressed especially as it was the first time we had been a Dreams store.

Gemma was very friendly and got us a sleepmatch which helped us to choose the perfect mattress for us, she showed us a wide range of mattresses and beds. Overall our experience in showroom was great. We would been way more enthusiastic if the prices were lower, but we got a good deal anyway.

Me and my husband enjoyed our time in Dreams showroom today. We had a wide range of beds and mattresses from where we could chose. The Dreams assistant was very friendly and helpful with us giving loads of informations about all products. We were pleased with sleep match machine which helped us to decide and chose what mattress is best for us. Definitely we will recommend Dreams to our friends and relatives.
