Really helpful member of staff who was really understanding when partner was taking two hours to make her choice of bed she wanted. Really knowledgeable and also recommended cheaper products but was equal in quality of what we was looking at

I liked the staff friendliness. They were approachable but I did not feel pressured into purchasing either. I went into the store twice. the first time to get a quote in which I almost purchased at this point. when i changed my mind the staff member was courteous and understanding. He did not make me feel as though i had wasted his time in any way. When I went in a second time a different staff member served me at which point I placed an Order. He put his colleagues name for the sale which was noted and a decent thing to do. I was impressed at his values in this regard. Excellent Customer Service. I felt as though I could trust the staff member by witnessing his high regard for his colleague.

The assistant Grace (in the Hull, St Andrews Quay store) was brilliant, said hello and offered assistance if we needed it (but wasn’t pushy) As it happened I did need assistance and she was really friendly and helpful swapping mattresses and answering all my questions and making me feel sure I was buying what I needed for my daughters beds. A credit to your company.

I felt the service in store was excellent-the sales assistant was not pushy and allowed us to view the stock but was on hand when we needed assistance.

Very helpful assistant by the name of Grace who explained how sleep match worked and then explained the results. She then went on to show us some mattresses identified and then left us to try out others. She asked us several times if we wanted a drink or any further help and then came to tell us of a further discount available on the item selected. Very polite and helpful.
