Sales lady Grace was excellent. Very knowledgeable about the products, willing to spend time with us so we got exactly the base and mattress we wanted, made us a cup of coffee. Great customer service.

Dan the salesman was very helpful but not pushy, explained which mattress was the best for us after testing on your machine, and then left us to browse and we went to him when we were ready to make a purchase.

Our sales man Dan , from the St Andrew’s Quay store in Hull, was a very approachable Member of staff who greeted us when we walked in. He did not pressurise us to buy a product, but instead, gave us honest advice on what suited us best which helped us choose the bed we felt completely satisfied with. This was to be delivered at a time convenient for us. On top of all of this we got a coffee. Highly satisfied with the dream service today.
