Dreams - Hull

I spoke to Allan the previous day regarding a Tempur mattress. As a retired supervisor in a local telephone company I was very impressed by his telephone manner. I arranged to go this morning to see him and I was not wrong, everything about him was impressive. His knowledge of the product, his friendliness and his patience while dealing with my wife and I were second to none. Your company can be very proud to have such a dedicated employee. I will not hesitate in future, should I need to purchase any further bedroom products, returning to this store. No need to go elsewhere when you are dealing with such a great store as Dreams, and an employee like Allan.

Visited shop twice after comparing other retailers within an hour. Salesman answered all questions in full and made several suggestions regarding a choice of mattresses one of which we purchased. We were impressed with the service and very happy with our choice.

Lovely big, bright, airy store - products well laid out and presented. Lovely, friendly staff- given enough time to browse on own, before being offered assistance - great ad rather off putting to be pounced on the minute you enter a store. Good understanding of product that we required and able to show various options.

Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable salesman, good choice of products, all explained and made relevant to my expectations.

Fantastic service, from walking through the door to completing the purchase. Under no pressure to buy but sales manager explained everything and made choosing the correct mattress very easy.

Alan who served us was extremely professional courteous & friendly. We were going to visit 4 shops but went to Dreams first & were so impressed we placed an order & didn't look anywhere else.

Friendly, and helpful staff

First went in November, just to have a look, not decided on purchase at that point. We had the sleep assessment printed out. Returned to store in January and it was really quick and easy to narrow down a selection and make a decision. Sales assistant was very helpful.

We were made very welcome and was greeted by a very friendly assistant (Grace) who explained all aspects of beds and accommodated our needs perfectly
