The staff were welcoming but not pushy and were available to answer any questions. The information display on each bed/mattress was well laid out and easy to understand and compare. Of particular note was the standard layout indicating firmness which made it easy to locate the different products available once a firmness rating was decided upon. James was particularly helpful and efficient during our visit.

Greeted immediately, staff member had good product knowledge but didn’t intrude on our choosing time. Left the manual with us for sizes etc, which was really useful. Staff member friendly and gave clear information.

Greeted by Allan on entry. Very knowledgable about the products we asked about. Gave us impartial advice and allowed us to try a range of mattresses before deciding on which one we wanted.

Hull store bought a sofa bed. The lady who served us was fantastic. Top customer service.

The lady who served us was genuinely polite and friendly. She took the time to speak and listen to us. She provided us with different recommendations and we were able to shop at ease. We were smiled at by other staff members creating a warm atmosphere.

The sales assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable but gave me time to make a decision. I felt that he wanted me to have what was best for me and did not want to pressure me into buying something unsuitable. This is the second time I have shopped in this store to purchase a bed.

Allan was amazing with us he was very patient and lovely to talk to, we spent nearly 2 hours with him. He showed us the mattresses on comfort first rather than budget which made it easier to narrow it down, he also gave his honest opinion about the mattresses not just the salesman speech to get a bigger sale. He was very good with our 4 year old as well, offering him sweets and took it well thay the 4yr old wanted to try all the mattresses as well. He is a good advocate for dreams
