The assistance locating a bed that suited us was made much simpler using the “analyser” bed and the assistant then showing us all the recommended beds Much simpler than our random lying on beds

We weren’t hassled by the sales people. We were given advice and told to look at our leisure and offered refreshments. Allan was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for and made the whole experience a good one.

Daniel our sales advisor provided an excellent service and advice on the products available. And after using the Dreams computor program we settled for a different mattress than our 1st choice as it was more comfortable and supporting than the original choice

Craig was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us so we could make the right decision. We didn’t feel under any pressure to buy and was given the right advice and time to try out the products. We also had our children with us and in some Bed stores children are seen as an inconvenience but we didn’t feel that in dreams the children took their shoes off and were allowed to lie with us on the beds. happy children. Happy parents.

Greeted by staff but not pressured at all. I asked many questions and was satisfied with the answers. Answers were honest too and not relating to price of product. Felt like I was an important customer wether buying or not.

The assistant was fabulous and really new her stuff. I went to buy my son a mattress only And came out with a mattress, duvet, mattress protector, pillow and a memory foam costing £99 And will go back for the mattress for myself that was £1700 So she did really well

Craig the salesman was exceptional he stayed with us all the time no pressure very satisfied with his knowledge and friendliness
