Dreams - Hull

I didn't know anything about what sort of mattress that I wanted/needed, having never bought one before. Daniel was really helpful in finding the right mattress but also didn't put pressure on me to make any decisions and left me to have a think and discuss the options available with my mum (who came with me to the store). We also briefly spoke to other staff members who answered a couple of early questions and welcomed us to the store - again, they helped but didn't then put pressure on me to make a purchase. I've ended up buying a reasonably priced mattress and having an understanding of the pros and cons of some features of other mattresses and will be very likely to return to Dreams when I next need to buy a mattress and/or bed.

Went in not having a clue about what we wanted, bed or mattress. Was greeted by Craig who was fabulous from the start. Not too pushy but introduced himself and said was about if we needed him. After spending time looking at various products, very confusingly, Craig did pop back and advised us where needed about a lot of the products that we was looking at, and his knowledge about all the products was excellent. Got us on the testing bed thing and again pointed us in the right direction, at no point felt pressured at all about buying. Did go in the shop just to browse but Craig was fantastic and we did end up buying there and then.

Craig went above and beyond any expectations we had. He was very attentive to us and thanks to his product knowledge we were able to purchase a very comfortable bed within our price range.

Allan at the hull store was very knowledgeable on the type of bed and mattress we was looking for, and since we knew nothing, he pointed us in the right direction to find what we wanted and answered all the questions we had. He was very efficient when it came to ordering the bed and quickly sorted the finance. 10/10 from us. would buy from there again.
