The customer service at Dreams is second to none, really pleasant and helpful staff

Very helpful staff, good range of products in store

We were given lots of advice and but also were given lots of time to test the beds without any hassle.

Very knowledgable staff no pressure selling which made us at ease taking our time looking at various options, otherwise we would have left the store if pressure selling applied. Staff very friendly. Would definitely shop here again and recommend to family and friends.

As soon as we walked In we were greeted and helped by a friendly young woman she was very helpful and patient

Dan asked us if we required help, I did not at this time so he politely left us to brows but as soon as we needed help he was there and extremely helpful. Very good knowledge and very polite. A1 from me thanks.

The store assistant was very helpful when I requested help BUT left me to it while I was browsing which I find perfect. Also he was extremely helpful.

We went to Dreams because we had no real idea of what mattress was suitable for us. The Sleepmatch technology was excellent and the subsequent assistance we received from Grace was superb. We left feeling we had found exactly what we needed and are looking forward to receiving our delivery and getting a great night's sleep!
