Dreams - Hull

Staff were informative and friendly when trying to select a bed base / mattress. They were responsive and knowledgeable to all our questions. We were impressed with Sleep Match which helped with our selection of mattress.

The staff at the store are second to none. Their friendliness and knowledge of the products in their field was excellent.

From first entering Dreams we were met with a friendly greeting and a cup of coffee. The sales man, Allan was very knowledgeable and helped us decide what we needed.

Was greeted by a very smiley and happy lady called grace who was very polite and made my experience there very pleasant,

Store had more or less what I was after, and the assistant (Grace?) was very helpful and friendly

Service from Grace was perfect, she was friendly and couldn't help any further.

I had been putting off buying a new bed for a long time as I didn’t know what I wanted. I popped into the store with my Mum. The staff looked after my Mum & made her a hot drink whilst I looked at beds with Holly. She was extremely helpful & very friendly which put me at ease instantly. She asked what I was looking for & was very patient whilst I tried several beds & asked her lots of questions. Her knowledge & suggestions were much appreciated & as I have a problem with my neck she also brought me several pillows to try. I left with a tempur pillow which is excellent & I returned the next day, tried the mattresses again & decided which mattress & base I wanted. Holly was lovely & very professional making my purchase so much easier than I had anticipated. Thanks to her advice & patience I have bought a medium mattress not firm like I’ve had for many years & last night I had the best nights sleep in a very long time on my new bed!! Love it & thanks Holly.

Spent most of Bank Holiday Monday Afternoon in Dream in Hull, Choosing a Mattress, We were advised by Grace who was lovely even though we took hours to select our purchase. She even offered use a coffee and we took her up on it. It is important to me on customer care (as I own a independent gift shop) 15years. Nothing was too much trouble and we were happy when we left the shop.

Very helpful and knowledgable salesperson Craig form the Hull Store. Made us feel most at home and allowed us to make our decision on our own. Gave us time to try the mattresses.
