Alan who served us was so helpful. We didn’t really know where to start and he took us through it step by step answering all of our questions. We are so pleased with the bed we are getting and the service we received.

No pressure selling, friendly greeting very helpful and informative staff. An unhurried and pleasurable transaction.Ps the coffee was lovely.

Craig from the Hull store was very helpful and basically sold us the features and benefits of the bed and spent time with us, we didn’t actually plan on buying a bed but because of Craig we realised it was a good purchase because of the discount currently offered and was very pleased with our purchase

The assistant, Allan, had an excellent knowledge of the product we were looking at. He explained it to us and let us try other products to compare them. Very good service.

The sales man who served me was very polite,and helpful, he explained about all the different types of single beds available, and the bed i decided to get, he did a demonstration of how it worked. I also was offered a cup of tea, which i excepted, and overall was 100 per cent satisfied. Also the store was very clean and tidy, very nice calming atmosphere with no pressure from the staff.

A wide range of products to try at the same time so allowing for objective comparison. A knowledgeable and very pleasant staff member in the Hull store (Grace) who was able to answer our questions, showed us products which narrowed our search but did not put us under any pressure to buy. Also a pleasant shopping environment, clean and modern.

The young man James was polite but not pushy which is up my street we were dealt with confidently and quickly we came away knowing we bought the right product
