The staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly and helofull

The sales consultant James was so helpful and friendly - didn't pressure us into anything and was really thorough, in fact we came in for 1 bed and left with 2 beds and 3 mattresses! If we had felt pressured or insincerity we would haven’t made such an on the spot sale, so I would like to recommend James for any customer service acknowledgement that there is. The manager was also very friendly and shared laughs with us - again, no hint of a hard sell. Really appreciated the customer service that we received, and were happy to give James the sale.

Our visit to this store was very pleasant as no-one came upto us straight away so we could just browse for a time. The assistant came across and asked if we needed any help which we did then. He was very informative and helped us to make the right choice.

From the moment I walked in I felt as though I wasnt in an awkward environment, but like I had indeed just walked into my own bedroom like it was home, and the store was clean and all of the staff were friendly and willing to help with my needs.

The attitude of the assistant Gemma was very good, she gave us advice then left us to browse the store, having pointed out matching beds for our needs. Gemma was very pleasant to deal with throughout.
