Dreams - Hull

Myself and my partner went into Dreams (St Andrew's Quay in Hull) not knowing what exactly we were looking for. We were greeted by friendly staff member James, we explained that we didn't really have a clue where to start and where to look (we just knew that we wanted a new bed plus mattress). James was extremely patient, talking us through all of the options and eventually helping us choose the perfect mattress. Overall our experience was thoroughly enjoyable and we're very excited to receive our new purchase!

Dealt with by Holly, very pleasant and knowledgeable. Allowed enough time to test selection of mattresses before purchasing. Listened to delivery specifications, live on busy street with limited parking, noted difficulties for drivers and gave assurances they would cope.

James was a brilliant man today. He took the time to show us which beds would be appropriate according to the computer analysis, taking into account our preferences. Nothing was too much trouble and he left us to try at our leisure. Not at all pushy nut very knowledgeable. Lovely man, thank you so much

The store is well set out and a pressure to be in whilst the staff are extremely helpful and friendly

We found exactly what we wanted with the help of the salesman and it was a simple process to place the order and have it delivered when and where we wanted

the salesman Allan was very helpful . I was concerned about my old mattress going to land fill but he was very knowledgeable about how they are recycled

Customer service was excellent. Allan was informative, friendly and took the time to help guide us in the right direction.

The assistant, James. at the Hull store was extremely helpful and answered all questions truthfully with no pushy sales talk, would definitely shop there again.
