Friendly greeting, allowed to peruse at our leisure. Questions answered completely. Order taken in a friendly and professional manner. HOLLY was genuinely friendly, attentive and with excellent product knowledge. She did not come over as a 'salesman'. We have spent near on four thousand pounds with Dreams, and will not hesitate to shop here again.......as long as you don't change a thing. Mind you, wouldn't mind background music, without it, makes you feel like you have to whisper.

We found the assistant (Alan) so very helpful and friendly,he gave us so much info and took the time to find out our needs which we were pleased about. The store is clean and not being very mobile myself I found it quite easy to move around.

My husband and I visited the store this morning and was greeted by James with a cheery good morning. He proceeded to show us firstly, the single bed divan base that we were interested in and showed us the sliding draw edition we were interested in, when viewing it online. He explained colour options, and we quickly decided on the the one best suited to our room. We then completed the computer details with James, and was asked about suitable delivery dates. On paying for our purchase, we were promptly on our way. We found the service thoroughly professional, polite and any questions we asked were answered fully.

I knew exactly which bed I wanted before going to the store but when seen it exceeded my expectations. I was given good advice about mattresses with no pressure which I liked. Instead I was given plenty of time to try out different ones and helpful comments were given on my final choice. A very efficient order process followed so I was highly satisfied with the entire service given from very pleasant staff.
