Dreams - Hull

Thankfully the shop was quiet when we visited so seeking assistance wasnt an issue. It was nice to be left on our own initially to browse without being pressured into any sale. Once we were ready to ask questions Holly was on hand to talk us through the options. I liked a headboard that wasnt displayed with a bed base and she kindly moved it so i could see what it would look like which really helped in my final decision. While this was going on we were offered a beverage. We were purchasing for a new build without a set date for move in so we hadnt actually planned on purchasing a bed today as we thought this would be and issue it was more to see what was available. Holly chatted through delivery options and how we go about rearranging if required and as it was very straightforward we were happy to complete the purchase today.

Me and my wife we went to Dreams store in Hull,looking for a bed and a mattress for our new home.Since we got into the store Grace and Holly welcomed us and made us feel like home.They kindly asked us what we are looking for and after they took us to the sleep match machine.This was brilliant as ts giving you a choice of mattresses which will suit your needs,definitely a plus for Dreams shop.After that Holly took us and explained to us which are the mattresses that will suit us better.After we made up our mind we sit down on the desk and event they offer us a drink. We had a very nice latte me and my wife.I never expected in a bed shop tonget a coffee. All this process of buying a bed and a mattress was topped up with Holly offering us 2 pillows. That was WOW. The people in this place really have customer relations skills. We left home very happy and for sure we will use Dreams for the future. Thank you Grace,Thank you Holly. Thank you Dreams and for the managers the ladies at Dreams shop in Hull, Grace and Holly,they deserve a pay rise ! Thank you!

The member of staff Gemma was very helpful and was knowledgable. She assisted and gave us time to browse and answered any questions we had without being pushy. I did not feel pressured into buying any particular product and was guided what to look for. We spent a good hour in the store and was made to feel welcome and offered Coffee. Full explanation about the product we bought was given and what to do if not satisfied. I felt reassured if i had a problem it would be sorted out.
