Dreams - Hull

We came to the store looking to find a base for a mattress we already have. We found a very nice bed base in the right size within a very short amount of time. The saleswoman in the store, Gemma, was very helpful, answered all our questions and completed the order in an efficient manner. She also offered us a mattress protector and new pillows for the bed we purchased.

Very efficient staff & plenty of choice in all products ,also prices are very reasonable compared with some other stores

Grace who served me was an absolute delight, a friendly hello when I walked in the store and she even offered me a drink whilst browsing! Grace took me through the mattresses but also left me to test them on my own so wasn't too overbearing. Grace also explained the importance of pillows and I even ended up purchasing 2! My shopping experience was very relaxed and easy, great work Dreams.

Excellent customer service from the initial greeting right through to our purchase. No hard sell or being pushed to spend more than our budget .Knowledgeable sales staff who helped and took time to help us find the right mattress for us . We used the clever "in Store Machine" which calculates the correct mattress support including information on wether you have a bad back / neck etc , was given a pillow ( even a choice of those) , showed a selection of beds and encouraged to try them . Staff noted our comments to narrow down our selection . Once we decided to buy our purchasing experience was as professional and unrushed , being given a nice coffee too . Well done Dream team Hull .
