The assistant was really helpful, not pushy at all and he went out of his way to assist me with finding the right bed for me.

I am a wheelchair user and was accompanied by my wife. Entrance to the store in St Andrew's quay ,Hull was easy, as there was a large car park with a number of disability bays and an automatic door. into the store. We were greeted by a very well informed and friendly salesman , Paul. He had an excellent manner, answering all our questions fully and was not at all "pushy"(an attribute which too often we find with sales personnel.) We have already told others of this positive experience. Paul is a credit to your company.

We were greeted warmly by several members of staff and nothing was too much trouble, even though we were a bit fussy

Went to look for an adjustable bed. James was very helpful describing the bed, how it worked and the mattress. Came back after looking in a couple of other shops and decided to and order. Was made welcome with a cup of tea,which was very welcome as there was a Gale and rain. We were given the mattress toppersto take away with us. They even sorted the removal of the VAT which saved myself and my husband a job. Went away feeling happy with a delivery date within 3 weeks. Within the week we have had a delivery date of less than 2, but had to alter. This was done without a hitch. Many thanks to all.

Grace's knowledge of the products was excellent. She has a very pleasant and friendly manner which makes her very easy to deal with. She listened to our requests and guided us to the correct mattress and pillows for our needs. My husband had the best nights sleep with his new pillow last night that he has ever had. We were not rushed at all and would definitely return to the store to purchase another mattress.
