The staff were really helpful in assisting us. We were approached and asked if we needed any help, and then directed to the Sleepmatch machine and the sales adviser, James, printed a list of beds which suited both my partner and myself and talked us through the different ones on offer and encouraged us to try them. We were offered a drink while we were looking which was very kind too.

I was greeted soon after entering the store and the customer service assistant was very eager to offer advice and assist me in finding a product to which suited my needs without being too pushy. Staff were helpful, friendly and approachable and talked me through all of the relevant information I required before making a decision. I was offered a hot drink whilst completing the sale, making my experience there more enjoyable than expected.

Holly was very helpful and friendly, she offered us some drinks. The price i paid was very good and although I couldn't take advantage of it anymore it was nice to see that you offer Armed Forces Discount.

The shop was open before 10am, unlike neighbouring stores! We were greeted on entry but given enough time by ourselves to browse. We wanted a specific bed frame product which was not available but the store assistant helped us find an equivalent. The difference in mattresses was explained plainly to us and the staff seemed to understand and be respectful of our budget. We were given time and space to make a decision and even offered a cup of tea when we began placing our order. What's more, we had browsed, ordered, paid and arranged delivery before the neighbouring stores opened!
