Grace was very friendly and extremely helpful. She didn't force any mattress upon us and told us to take our time. I even got a nice cappuccino. She didn't pester us and answered every question we asked which was alot to try to help us eliminate mattresses not right for us. She is very good at her job and actually made finding the right mattress enjoyable!
