Dreams - Hull

From walking into the store, until walking out as happy customers, both my Mum and I were treated very well by Allan. Friendly, courteous, and not only listened to what we wanted,but also have great advice.

Overall, me and my partner were very happy with the service we received. Allan who served us was friendly and helped us decide on the correct mattress we needed. Would definitely use Dreams again in future.

James was very friendly and helpful, and not pushy. Left alone as much as we needed and helped us when we needed. Enjoyed cup of tea!

Looking for a very specific pillow, and I found the one that did the trick

Gemma greeted us when we went into the store, asked if she could help, she showed us to the mattresses that we were interested in and then left us to view / try them out, Gemma wasn't pushy but she was there to answer the questions we asked and was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we decided which one we wanted, Gemma was very efficient and gave us all the information we needed to make the purchase easy and straightforward.

Very friendly and efficient. Offered beverage. Have us time to look and try after giving advice without pressuring us.

Staff, were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Told them what we required and they showed us and explained the difference in the mattresses. Upon there advice, we chose the one we wanted and the transaction was completed very quickly.

Very helpful and polite staff member. Gave all the inforamtion about the product and then left you alone to make a decision, then came back and explained about other products. Didn't feel pressured to buy.

The assistant Gemma, was extremely helpful, very professional and highly knowledgable about your products. She answered all our question in a polite manner and helped us to choose our product after using the Dreams machine bed to test which mattress we needed. The store was set out very well. Lovely and clean and all the staff very smart and polite. Well done

Allan the staff member that assisted us was extremely helpful and informative, he did his upmost to make sure that we found the product that best suited our needs and was friendly without being pushy or overpowering. An excellent member of staff and without his assistance we would have likely not made a purchase at all
