I was welcomed on arrival, popped in the store 10 mins prior to closing. Friendly sales assistant answered all my questions and organised my sale quickly

Went in (St Andrew’s Quay Store, Hull.) Looking for a mattress, no idea what I wanted. Allan was attentive and knowledgable and gave me lots of time to try out some mattresses. He left me alone to try some more but was readily available when I asked a question. Very pleased with the level of service given. Thank you.

I found the Dream store on St.Andrews Quay Hull to be very spacious. The very wide choice of matresses were very well displayed accompanied withclear and detailed descriptions. Faye the sales assistant was very hospitable, polite and understanding to my needs. This resulted in me making a purchase.

The member of staff at the St Andrews Quay, Hull store (I do apologise but cannot remember her name. Lady in her twenties, red hair), was excellent. Not pushy at all and spent time trying to understand our needs. I do not like being pushed into buying a product I do not want and this member of staff did not do this. She offered suggestions and was incredibly helpful. The only thing I did not like was finding out I had to wait until April for my order to be delivered when I ordered it in February but this was not staff at the store’s fault.

I was allowed to look at the beds at my own pace,staff asked if we needed help and if we needed anything just ask them.
