We received great service from Holly in store. Her product knowledge was great. We had to call to pay for the order when we got home, I spoke to Clare, and she processed the payment very efficiently. A great team in store.

It was an efficient easy process.

We told them what we required, like a firm mattress, what base we liked and what type of headboard we liked. He then showed us the options available and what the cost would be for all the combinations. The process was very easy and the prices where reasonable. The delivery was what we expected.

We were highly satisfied with Allan your service representative, as my husband is disabled and we have various problems which he was very helpful. All the staff were very helpful and offered us a nice coffee while the paperwork was completed. We would definitely recommend Dream's to family and friends, good prices and plenty of choice.

Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly team and we did not feel like we were pestered during our visit. When we asked about a product the staff showed great knowledge and helped us to pick out the bed that best suited us. During the placing of our order we were offered a drink and found the member of staff extremely helpful and professional as she explained all of the products available to us.

Education on the mattress we eventually choose. Bed was easy to choose but has to compromise on not having the ottoman option.
