Needed a pillow, was plenty to choice from so was able to make a informed purchase with the help of the salesman

Assistant very helpful and informative no pressure put on us left to decide ourselves

Staff very friendly, explained the matteress testing and left us to look round.

The sales assistant tried to have another item added to my previous order. So that I wouldn’t have to pay any extra. I had no problem paying the extra but he didn’t think U should do was very pleased with his attitude and willingness to help .

Allan at the Hull store was brilliant. He gave us space to talk together but was there to explain the difference in each mattress and helped us narrow down our choices in the overwhelming showroom!

Assistant was lovely & friendly. She knew the answers to all the questions we asked and the process of bed buying was straightforward.

As i entered the store and walked round James an assistant asked if could help i explained my needs and he showed me suitable types that matched my needs,and suggested a few more options and to I try them he offered me a drink which promptly came in a mug NOT a paper cup( full marks ) I selected the product and asked for advice on pillow types which was given and demonstrated so added to purchase. A few minutes on the computer and items were paid and a date for delivery I then left the store, and was really pleased that I had not been pressurised in any way.

I visited on new years day alone with my two young boys. The welcome was amazing,especially to the children. I was offered a hot drink and the children were given pens and pencils and drawing pads and a juice.the staff were extremely helpful in my measurements and even got a tape measure to reassure me that the lay out of my bedroom was right. I have already recommended to a friend. As a single parent things like measurements and room planning can be daunting especially when you have young children nagging at you but today showed me that you can shop with children and store support! Store was well laid out. Assistant excellent, asked us what we were looking for, showed us a section then left us alone to decide. We then decided to order.
