Dreams - Hull

Absolutely fantastic approach to the costumer. Person who I deal with was very helpful and very good listener, could answer all my questions and give very good advice.

We have visited the Hull branch several times trying to make up or minds which bed to buy. Holly was on hand everytime we visited her product knowledge was excellent and her advise was very helpful. To moved mattress o to different beds a d went through the differences between each and the pro and cons of all the beds etc. We where always offered a drink each time we visited (x3) and we finally chose our bed all thanks to Holly and her cheerful and pleasant approach MANY THANKS HOLLY!!!

Myself and my girlfriend were looking for a new bed for our new room, we knew we wanted to see the Cole Midnight Fabric bed and we were quickly and pleasantly shown to the bed. Gemma in the Hull store was extremely friendly and helpful, she even connected our phone to the Bluetooth speakers, she provided us within teas, answered our questions well and gave us time to take a look. We went to a few other stores to have one last look and decided for the Cole, we returned to Gemma and she processed the order, again in a friendly way and we have even had a few laughs together, she never pushed any irrelevant products, she listened to us and placed the order promptly. As a result, shopping with Dreams was an extremely pleasant experience from the staff in store to the relaxed and professional ethos the company has successfully translated into its stores therefore we were highly satisfied with our purchase.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and understood my needs. Staff were great with 2 year old daughter who has a very short attention span giving her balloons and colouring paper.
