We needed an electric bed and needed to.try it and choose mattresses these were all on display so could make a choice on the day.

As soon as we walked into store we were welcomed by Shop Assistant (Holly) who took the time to understand our requirements and sent us in the right direction and then left us to peruse the beds. Holly was there when we wanted further information, but didn’t follow us around or loiter in the background whilst we looked. There was no problems with stock and a delivery before Xmas, Holly explained our options with regard to delivery and mattress protection regarding 30 day return on mattress. Having chosen a king size bed and unsure if it would fit Holly said we could easily call the store if we needed to change order to a double bed. Beverage was offered during placing order. A good experience and it was nice to be thanked when we returned to store once we had reviewed alternative stores.
