Dreams - Hull

From the minute we walked through the doors the assistant made him self known to us , we were asked if we needed any assistance , He answered all our questions and explained the products very clearly ,showed us how to operate them safely ( ottoman bed) we were offered refreshments highly satisfied.

Holly at the Hull store on At Andrews Quay dealt with us and from start to finish she was an absolute gem! She was very helpful, knowledgable and had excellent customer care skills. She made it easy for me to select the beds I was looking for and dealt with the whole process for me with ease!

Quick and easy to place an order with friendly staff

We wanted a split tension mattress and had been informed by another retailer earlier in the day that they couldn't supply them. We were greeted at Dreams by Holly who made us very welcome, offering tea or coffee if we wanted it, and then listened carefully to what we wanted. She did not criticise the other retailer, but instead showed us the Dreams range of split tension mattresses, clearly explaining the differences between them and answering any questions. Since we have yet to sleep on the mattress I can't yet say that I am highly satisfied with it, but we were very impressed and satisfied with Holly's approach. She was warm and friendly but professional throughout and showed considerable product knowledge. She never once gave us the impression that she was pushing hard for a sale, but gave us as much time as we needed to make up our minds. She successfully upsold us the Bed Cover Service Plan. Holly was a great advert for Dreams.

Customer service was excellent from Grace, was extremely helpful and made the whole experience fun and easy.

Holly was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of the products. She spent plenty of time with us to ensure the selection we made was the right one for us. It was just a shame there weren't more staff in the store to help her!
