Very helpful and friendly.

The store is conveniently situated and parking was easy. The store is massive but well laid out and easy to walk around I am disabled and use a rollator. Staff were extremely helpful and knew their product and were not pushy car type sales people.. The salesman (Alan) was patient, explained the various choices of beds and mattresses and was a credit to his company.

Salesman was a pleasure to deal with.

Holly greeted myself and my daughter as we entered the store. She explained the colour coding on the mattresses, she also chatted about my needs. I have a memory foam mattress at the moment which I find awful! She then suggested the types of mattresses to try. She then left us to try the different types. Once I had decided and wanted to place the order she invited us to sit down, made us a drink and we went through all the paperwork. The only thing I was slightly disappointed with was the 3 week delivery wait. Holly’s product knowledge was excellent. She had a lovely manner about and was very helpful without being too pushy. Top marks to Holly!

We were approached by Allan who was clearly very knowledgeable and guided us around the different mattress types. After answering our questions and offering us a drink he then stepped back and gave us plenty of time to try out various beds with no pressure whatsoever. The beds were displayed in such a way that it was easy to try them out - we'd been into one store which had cushions and other decorative items on beds which made you feel you were being an inconvenience wanting to lie on them! Allan suggested we try some pillows as we went round the store to give a more realistic test. When we needed more advice he was quick to help and then again stepped back to let us carry on 'trying out'. We left for lunch and when we came back he was again keen to offer advice (and drinks!) but again didn't pressure us into making a decision. Buying a bed is a big thing - you need time and someone with product knowledge to ensure you're making the right choice and we felt Dreams gave us the best opportunity to do that.

Allan, the salesperson was friendly and helped us find the right mattress.

Because of james its that simple he listened he understood i went in to spend 200 pound i spent nearly 900 but was happy he was helpfull he explained things n then made me a brew too

We were highly satisfied with the service and attention we received. Your assistant could not have been more helpful and after having to amend the delivery date on our return home there was no trouble adjusting things.
