Dreams - Hull

On arrival we were greeted with a hello and a smile by the assistants and asked if we needed any help and was explained to by the male assistant (Alan) regarding the colour code which applies to the beds, we were then told to feel free to browse and try the different beds out in store and if we need anymore help do not hesitate to ask questions. We were also offered a drink whilst we where browsing.Although we were attended to all the time whilst in the store, not once did we feel any pressure from the assistants.

Very straight forward, needed a duvet to take away. James helped me find one

we was shown different beds which we have identified. we was also shown a variety of mattresses to help us pick. when we had picked out what bed and mattress we wanted the customer service was at a high standard

Easy compared to other retailers in the area. First time we have bought from Dreams, and would definitely go again as the sales staff were brilliant.

Staff were very welcoming when entering the store and quick to gauge my requirements. They offered assistance when asked and were happy to let me try and browse at my leisure. When it came to making enquirers they were knowledgeable and honest. They recommend alternatives and special offers too.

We bought an Eve mattress and it was delivered and set up for us, we have tried the mattress for 30 odd nights, but wasn't having a very good sleep, we decided to go back to the pocket sprung, so gave customer care a call and they were happy to do everything they could to be able to return it. I have since bought another mattress from Dreams, and they are delivering and collecting on the same day. The staff in the shop HU3 post code, were happy to help.

Very pretty young girl offered me a drink when I came in (unfortunately not a gin LOL)!! very helpful and effective service, she offered me some different pillows to try out with that mattress I was testing, I ended up buying these pillows but the lovely young thing said she couldn't come home with me too LOL🤣 a credit to the company!!✅💯

Gemma the sales assistant was extremely helpful and product knowledgable from the time we entered the store.
