As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted by friendly, helpful and informative staff who understood our needs and signposted is to relevant products. Assisted us greatly with our purchases, offered us a drink and also gave us a pack of pillows complimentary with our purchase. Fantastic service, could not ask any more from dreams, already recommended to family and friends.

the Staff greeted us very warmly when we went into the store , we explained the type of product we were looking for and were directed to them straight away , the staff member left us to it for a short time which is how we like to shop them came back to ask if she could be of any assistance, which she then was , she explained all that we needed to know , at all times she was professional, friendly and knowledgeable The sales part went very smoothly and quickly We couldn’t have asked for better service to be honest , maybe you could teach another bed store how to do it correctly

Holly was great at helping us chose the right bed and mattress for our little boy. The process was easy and she explained anything we needed more details on. Amazing customer service.

Once greeted with a lovely warm welcome We were left to look freely around the store and not pounced on like some stores which was lovely, James who was available when we needed help was amazing, he let my young child use the toilet (typical whenever we go out shopping she needs to go haha) he also offered us a drink (a lovely latte for my husband) we found the bed we wanted and James helped us find the ideal mattress, after we sat at his desk and he found a delivery slot that was ideal for us. He also asked if we was interested in any other products ie pillows, we declined but it was nice to be asked. James didn't try to push us for any expensive products he was just so helpful with our own choices which was great. Came away from the store very happy. Fantastic product knowledge

I was very happy the assistant Gemma did a fantastic job wasn't pushey answered all our questions she really did no her job just wish other stores was as good as she was in her knowledge.

Allan was really helpful and spent time helping us find the right bed for our son.

I was pleasantly surprised at how helpful and understanding the sales assistant was. She listened to my needs and took the time to show me which products were best suited to my needs.
