Dreams - Hull

Having struggled to sleep on our old sprung mattress for some time now we decided to revert back to a full memory foam mattress. We decided to look at the Tempur range of mattresses that Dreams stock. As a Tempur mattress is a significant investment we visited the store many times in order to make sure that the mattress we selected was exactly what we needed. On all of our visits the staff in the store were very helpful but not intrusive and allowed us as much time as needed to make our decision. Our mattress selection came with the Dreams 40 night trial period which meant that if we did not like the mattress selected after around a month of sleeping on it we could exchange for another type. Overall the experience was very good and here's to many nights of peaceful sleep (however I am not sure how that will pan out as we have a 20 month old son). Thanks to Dreams for great customer service.

Grace was very friendly, very helpful & greeted us on arrival. She answered any questions that were given & even put in some freebies which were excellent.

As soon as we came in we was greeted and the sale assistance explained what the different colours on the beds meant and where all the different products was located in the store. We was left to browse as we please and was only approached we me and my partner had a problem. The prices of all the mattresses and frames was explained in an easy to understand manner. The whole place felt homely and friendly rather then clinical and scripted which I appreciated

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not push themselves at you but let you know they were there if you needed assistance. Advised us which we should be looking for. Placed our order very quickly and talked back through it to ensure everything was correct and we were happy with it. My mother is 91 and as the mattress was for her, she thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The shop we went to was on St Andrews Quay, Hull.

We went in to look at a specific mattress but in discussion with the salesman it transpired it would not meet our needs & we then purchased the recommended alternative-there was no pressure put on us to buy. We inadvertently helped to keep James fit by leaving the store without the pillows & he had to run after us!

Sales assistant Faye was amazing , was there to greet us straight away also offering drinks , and any help. Let us have the time we needed alone to make decisions but on hand if we needed her , answering all the questions about the beds we needed. The sale wasn’t rushed and but was done quick enough. Overall very good service

Had what we were looking for. Everything explained simply as we were becoming a little confused by all the different thicknesses and various other things.

When I entered the dreams store I was greeted by your lovely sales advisor Faye, from the start the lady attended to my every need without being too pushy or in my face. I was offered a coffee which I gratefully accepted as picking a mattress isn't easy! Faye explained the colour coding in the store and even suggested pillows that complimented the mattress and my sleeping style. Well all I can say is what a credit to the company Faye is!

Really friendly assistant, didn't pounce on us as soon as we walked through the door and left us to browse after explaining the different choices.
