Dreams - Hull

We were assisted the moment we walked into the store to buy a mattress. All our technical questions were answered and the differences in products explained very clearly. We were then made a drink and left to try the four mattresses we were interested. Finding the one we wanted, we were then assisted efficiently as we made our purchase. We also purchased a mattress protector. Again, the differences in the products were explained and a sample shown to us which helped us make our choice.

We were welcomed as we entered the store, and we were dealt with by a very friendly member of staff called Gemma, she was very knowledgeable and immediately put us at ease. There was no hard sell but due to the way in which we were dealt with I was more than happy to purchase goods from the store.

Staff were very helpful in finding us exactly what we wanted with no hassle

In all the Furniture shops available on St Andrews Quay area where we visited Dreams. They were the most welcoming but at the same time not overbearing, knowledgeable and patient (shopping with an 18m old) wonderful staff. Faye in particular who took the troy me to go through two products we couldn't decide between. We will be going back there for the next bed/mattress for sure.

We came into branch not really looking to buy but after the amazing service given to us from the moment we walked in by your colleague, Gemma, we soon realised we would be silly not to take up the offer at that time.
