I found the sales person James very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. We did not feel rushed to make a decision.

After experiencing an unfriendly and unhelpful member staff at a competitor store, we were welcomed by a very nice service advisor called Alan and the Dreams St Andrews Quay Hull store. He gave a very friendly approach and was extremely helpful after my grandmother had no idea what kind of mattress she needed or wanted. He made the shopping experience very simple and even made us a lovely coffee! Regardless of the product we purchased, he made the visit worth the money spent!

Quick prompt service and fair product at a reasonable price.

Grace spent well over an hour with my husband and I. She asked our sleeping positions and asked more questions regarding my husband back issues. She advised us on the mattresses available and encouraged us to try the bed as we would at home and spend a good amount of time on it. When it came to picking the actual bed she could tell I was not 100% happy with the bed itself and she told us about an online exclusive bed. She showed us the bed online, but what she told us about the bed and what she thought about it when she saw it made us take a leap of faith. My husband and I for the first time bought something from advice only, not actually seeing what we had bought, a process we had never done. Graces personality and knowledge gave me the confidence to go ahead and trust her. We got our bed yesterday and it was the best decision we made! We love the style, it is just perfect and we can’t thank Grace enough from intervening with the bed we were 90% happy with and suggesting a bed we are 1000% happy with .

Was offered assistance as soon as we walked in the door. And was not pressured at all.

Received fantastic service and advice from Faye at the Hull store. Came in with the intention to only buy a mattress and ended buying an ottoman divan base too! Very excited for my new bed to arrive!

The service by staff was excellent the assistant could not have been more helpful,her knowledge of the products helped us buy the bed.

Experienced friendly members of staff willing to advice when asked but also gave us plenty of time to ourselves to test mattresses and discuss what we needed between ourselves.
