Everyone was friendly and helpful.

My self and my wife, where both already set upon buying a matress from the store. Upon arrival and explaining to the salesman Alan what our intentions where, he immediately gave us a nudge in the right direction. Now I my self personally do not like to be harassed constantly in a store, and Alan must have picked up on this, as he did not push us or force in any direction, he made us a cup of coffee we asked questions he answered immediately and showing good knowledge of the products, he then would leave us to carry on our search. Overall its been a pleasure to have purchase a matress from your store, at no time was there any feeling of being pressured and we believe the choice of matress we bought was of our own free will. Thankyou.

Knowledge and friendliness of our assistant Grace, did not feel rushed but a relaxed and professional service

The assistant ( Allan) was extremely helpful, especially as I had looked up the item I wanted on your website to make sure it was not online only. On driving to the store the bed was not in the shop!!! However Allan saved the day by saying how sorry he was and then finding a similar item. I was then able to purchase the bed I had originally gone for. Obviously the above was not a problem with the store but with your website.

Everything i wanted was readily available

We were left to look round ourselves then when we wanted some help James was at hand straight away. He answered all our questions with professionalism. We decided to go ahead with the purchase. After a welcome cup of coffee we continued with the transactions. The other staff were also helpful with other items we were looking at. We can’t wait to try our new mattress. An advert on the television later that week showed free bedding etc if a purchase was ordered. Does this apply to us? Thank you Mr and Mrs Johnstone

The customer experience was fantastic - everyone was welcoming and friendly. I was in a bit of a rush but the adviser found what I was looking for straight away, gave me a demo and then processed the transaction quickly.
