Despite the hiccup with the IT equipment as we were checking out the rest of our visit was fine. Your staff were excellent - very professional, knowledgeable and friendly - Alan in particular, who was very kind & patient, with my slight indecisions. He was able to answer all my questions.

Arrived on an evening so it was nice and quiet and I had the undivided attention of the sales member of staff who was very knowledgable and helped with my queries and listened to my needs. Made me feel welcome and took a genuine interest.

Gemma was great. No rushing or pushing us to buy at all. She listened to our needs and showed us appropriate products then left us alone to browse and try. We really appreciated this and when we had questions Gemma was readily available to answer them. Very good shopping experience. Thank you Gemma.

The member of staff who helped us in the store was very knowledgeable and patient. She didn’t rush us or try force a sale. It was just like she wanted us to make the right choice for us. Very happy with the product and the staff are a credit to your store

The staff were Very pleasant and knowledgeable. They were not pushy in any way and let you have time to think. The one problem which I encountered was that there was only one person on duty and she was already serving another customer. I had to wait a very long time until another member of staff arrived to be served. I knew what I wanted to order so was happy to wait.

The Salesperson Gemma at The St Andrews Quay store in Hull was extremely helpful and informative whilst not being pushy.

Staff were helpful, knowledge, friendly and very aproachable....I managed to walk away with what I wanted that very day. It was quick and efficient. I was very happy the last time I used dreams and it's great to know you were just as good second time round.

The products were lovely and incredibly comfortable. The sales assistant Faye was lovely, so attentive and friendly and she stayed over her shift on a Friday evening to tend to all our questions and needs. Faye went above and beyond to ensure we had a brilliant customer journey. We were actually looking at another bed in Benson Beds which was slightly cheaper but Faye's winning attitude and product knowledge made us want to be a customer of yours as a pose to them.
