The staff were all polite and friendly and happy to help someone always knew the answer the store was quite but the staff remained professional all were friendly and provided excellent service as soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a smile and a hello we were left to look around and staff were there when we needed them which is perfect for me

The lady who helped us was fantastic and made the whole experience of buying our new bed easy and exciting.

Flying visit to the Hull store as we work away, also we had a very specific idea of what we wanted. Salesman (Allan) listened to exactly what we wanted and recommended a bed that could be delivered within the week. All questions answered, paperwork complete, and we were out of the store in about 15 minutes - perfect for us as were on a tight schedule. What was refreshing was Allan, realising we were short on time, listened intently to our requirements instead of showing us products that were of no interest, thus wasting our time. Excellent service from a professional, knowledgable, and personable guy.

Gemma our sales person was brilliant. She could see that my husband and I were out of our depths looking for a new bed and she came over helped us pick the right mattress for his spinal needs and then helped us understand the bed base/pricing structure before letting us look around at our own leisure. Once we had decided what we wanted she took us through the whole process and explained the pricing, delivery, finance and helped us select pillows that also benefited us and our sleeping styles. She provided swatches so we could select a colour scheme and headboard and was just a lovely, friendly, human with no hard sales in her at all (which as I come from a kitchen sales background I really appreciated) she told informed us of the upsell information which we chose not to go with and I felt she put her time and effort into making us feel comfortable with our decisions and knew we were spending our money right.

Friendly, helpful staff. Explained buy now pay later clearly to us. Offered a drink and generally chatted while our credit check went through. Free delivery was a bonus!

The staff was extremely friendly, as soon as we walked into the store we was greated with polite smile and asked if we needed help, we was also asked if we would like a drink, whilst we was looking around the store one of the staff members come and asked if the children would like to do some colouring and also if it was ok to give the children a drink I was very pleased has most stores don't offer drinks or even to entertain the children very highly satisfied

The salesman Allan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable but without being ‘in your face’ he left alone to try the beds out without feeling like we were being stared at .. in fact all the staff were friendly and very happy

Grace was fantastic. Answered all the questions I had, explained the store layout. Which is not obvious. Fantastic experience, if it wasn’t for her friendliness I probably wouldn’t have ordered anything

We were asked if we required help just after entering, but we were left to browse. When asked the time was taken to explain the difference of numerous mattresses, we did not know exactly what we were looking for and tried most of the mattresses taking time to get it down to just a couple however throughout help was given and we were allowed time alone to try the different options. There was no pressure or anyone chasing use around. All in all it was a very pleasurable shopping experience.

From walking into the store we were greeted and pointed in the right direction from there the staff left us to wonder by ourselves with no pressure and when we needed help or assistance there were plenty of staff around. Through placing the order the lady who served us was knowledgeable of the products and helped us in any way she could, we couldn't have asked for a better customer service!
