GOOD AND EFFICIENT SERVICE

The young man assistant was very experienced and friendly just when the confirmation was sent by email the wrong house number was typed.

We were given time alone to browse and try the beds but assured that as soon as we required assistance the staff would be there. The member of staff who helped us was very knowledgeable but not pushy.

Customer sales assistant was excellent, she new the product, good low pressure skills.

We we're very happy with the whole experience of purchasing a mattress in store. We had an idea what we wanted . We had a very nice gentleman named Tony explain to us about the mattresses and showed us the ones to hit our needs . We chose one that we liked and was pleasant pleased with the price reduction. So we purchased a couple of new pillows . Tony was very helpful and patient as my partner has MS .

The salesperson was extremely helpful and friendly but never pressurised uscat all. She offered good advice and then left us to make our own minds up. She offered us a coffee and was very efficient in every point of the sale. This is the second time we have purchased from Dreams and will definitely return.

Very good selection of products in store.Sales assistant(Allan) answered my various questions in a most knowledgeable and non-patronising manner. Delivery went without a hitch.

Allan the sales assistant was very helpful and told us which beds covered our needs and left us alone to try out which bed we liked best. He also told us that we should lay on each bed for at least 10mins so we could get a better feel of the mattress. Plus he told us that the mattresses were made in Yorkshire and how they were made which was the interesting. So we came out quite happy with our purchase.

The sales chap I dealt with Allan at the hull branch was great really down to earth and helped us with our buying experience. I would like to say a massive thank you to him as it is never an easy decision parting with over £2000 and he made the experience seem worth it. Thanks Allan
