We arrived at dreams and was greated with a warm welcome and all the staff seemed approachable and motivated. Allan gave us some good honest information and knew his products. He made us both a tea and coffee and we felt well looked after which certainly helped.

During a stressful few months, we was reassured and put at ease with what we purchased. We were very looked after but not pushed into making decisions. Much better service than the last place we got our previous beds. Gemma was extremely helpful throughout our visit and understanding of our needs.
