Dreams - Hull

The salesman, Tony, was very helpful . I felt no pressure from him at all. He listened to what we wanted and knew his products well. We didn’t feel any obligation to buy so we could relax and browse, we didn’t want to rush out of the store as we’ve felt at other places. Excellent service from the sales staff. Very impressed at how he could describe the benefits of each product.

The lady that serves us was polite, very knowledgeable, helpful in every aspect I was extremely happy overall with the service and we were even offered coffee when paying for our purchases !

Excellent customer service .when entering the store was greeted with a warm welcoming. The staff was very approachable and gemma was very informative on the product's suitable for our needs .and we never felt pressurised it to buying anything deffanatily recommend this store again

GRACE AT THE HULL STORE WAS VERY FRIENDLY TOLD US HOW THE COLOURED PILLOWS WORKED E.G SOFT, MEDIUM ETC AND LEFT US TO LOOK AROUND AND TRY THE BEDS WITHOUT PRESSURISING US TO BUY, VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL.. HIGHLY RECOMEND

Gemma gave us clear and detailed information about type of mattress we were looking for. Her product knowledge was very impressive which enabled us to make an informed choice. We bought our last mattress from Dreams and have been very pleased with it. With this in mind we decided to go straight to Dreams and not look anywhere else.

We have visited several bed shops over the past month, looking for a new mattress and left each one with more confusion. All of this was cleared up after a few minutes of conversation with Allan, the sales chap at the Hull branch of Dreams. His product knowledge was amazing and he quickly recommended mattresses in our price range which were suitable to our needs. He then left us to try each one at our leisure. At no time did we feel under any pressure but he did make sure we knew he was available to answer any further questions. All in all something which had become a stressful experience for us turned out to be very relaxing and we left the store feeling we had made the best informed choice for us.
