The girl who served us (grace) was lovely she was so helpful & understanding of what products we wanted & was very knowledgable

Staff where brilliant and very helpful.. always bought mattresses from Dreams and will continue to purchase from Dreams. Looking forward to the new mattresses and ordering some new beds in the further for our home. Your staff at Hull are a credit to the company

The sales representative was very friendly and helpful and stood out in comparison to the other stores that we visited.

I'd already looked online so had pretty much decided what item I wanted but wanted to go in the store to look at it to make sure it was the right one for what we wanted. I was greeted straight away and asked if I wanted assistance so explained what I was looking for, shown a couple of other options that I may not have looked at and then quickly placed an order and agreed suitable delivery date.

Phones up before going to check it was open till 8pm with it being Easter and grace would answer the phone was very polite and helpful. On arrival we was greeted on arrival by grace and she told us that if there was anything we need then she was there and if we wanted a drink. We told her what we was after she knew exactly what we was after and showed us 5 options of what we liked and she found it straight away the perfect bed and matress and then showed us pillow choices which we then went on to buy as well as a duvet she showed us. Excellent service from start to end.

The lady that served us was called gemma she was lovely ever question we asked she answered was very helpful and kind she even got pictures for our little girl to coulor in while we looked around was fantastic with her. Would thoroughly recommend going to dreams. X

All around very good sevice, no pushy sales person, advice given then left alone to browse, and very good serlection of beds
