Alan was awesome, we initially came in just to get an idea, he listened to our needs and quickly found us the perfect mattress.He gave us a quote and once pat day came around he helped us through the process of setting up the finance and set up up with out new mattress

We needed a new mattress to replace our failing 15 month old Emma mattress, after using the Dreams online selector, we had a recommended choice of two for trial at our local retailer. The salesperson Allan was extremely professional, and carefully listened to our wants and needs. After using the Sleepmatch technology and trying out both recommended items, Allan then suggested we try numerous other options based on his knowledge and experience without any pressure. We finally choose the Therapur ActiGel Plus Response 4200D mattress together with a Pair of Tempur Comfort cooltouch Firm pillows with his recommendation. This mattress immediately felt comfortable with the correct firmness needed. Hopefully our choice will enable us to regain correct sleep patterns for many years to come. Cannot recommend Allan highly enough, he was attentive, professional and very experienced. This was a very satisfactory purchasing experience at Dreams Beds.
