Holly was very helpful and gave very good advice, I was made to feel welcome from the very moment we entered the store, no pressure was exerted and I was aided to make the purchase I wanted, whilst being guided skilfully. Great experience.

The individual who assisted us on are visit to your Hull location was profundity in the extreme.With an in depth knowledge of the needs to the customer in leu of sale.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had good knowledge of the products. Allowed time to browse but also offered assistance.

Grace who dealt with us on our visit was wonderful ,the whole time we were there the service was so professional and we were put at ease felt like we had known them for years wonderful store fantastic staff well done hull.

Upon arrival we were greeted by Tony who ask us about our visit tne pointed the various areas of the store for the items we required, he then us alone to browse and told if we needed any assistance to just ask him. Once we had decided the items we required we went to him to ask some questions after which we placed our order which he dealt with in a professional manor.

Allan was fantastic his product knowledge empathy and overall sales techniques was brilliant. Genuinely the only reason we bought on the day was because of the salesman.

The assistant greeted us and gave us an understanding of the different Bed types, she then left us to browse the mattresses at our leisure and was aware when to come and offer more help. We were even given different pillows to try out. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
