The sales person was very knowledgeable and helped me to pick out the best matress for my needs. They were very friendly and not over the top like most sales people.

the salesman {allan}did not put any pressure on myself and wife he was very clear on the products which we bought we were only really looking but we had been thinking about a new mattress in the end we treated ourselves to everything

Gemma at the Hull store was lovely, very helpful regarding my order. I am very pleased with the service and i am now waiting for my delivery. The other girls were also lovely, they made an extra effort with my 2 young boys and kept them occupied with colouring while I sat with Gemma to place my order. I will be coming back to order another 2 beds! Thank you so much girls, much appreciated!!

Perhaps because we was the only customers in the shop and we know what we wanted but we was in and and out very quick apart from having a good chat to the sales person very relaxed and friendly

The guy was very helpful but left us to browse while we wear ready so no pressure shopping was lovely

friendly staff that applied the right combination of help and support as well as patience and privacy for us to make the decision ourselves without applying any unnecessary [reasure. Grace also had very good product knowledge and suggested the right items we where looking for as well as applying over and above friendly customer service to our young daughter who a 3 years old was not really looking forward to bed shopping before we arrived and now had such a positive experience at the store she was role-playing buying beds with her teddys later that afternoon. great experience and great staff. thank you,

The sales assistant, Gemma is an asset not only to your team at Hull but the Dreams brand as a whole. Very attentive, knowledgeable & friendly. Made to feel welcome as soon as we entered the store, our needs considered and products recommended to suit.

We were greeted by a salesman who offered us a drink as we were walking round. He let us look round at our own pace and was there when we needed help otherwise he left us to our browsing which we though was very good, unlike other stores where one feels pushed by the sales people.

Allan was really well versed with the products on offer and understood that I needed a bed that was going to be suitable for my needs as I spend a lot of time m e either on or in bed due to a disability.... I did not feel pressured or rushed into any kind of decision.
