We knew what we wanted but after talking to Grace, her knowledge surpassed our expectations and we ended up with something far superior.

Gemma in the store was extremely helpful understanding that the purchase was for my father who couldn’t come to the store she explained how we had 40 days to make sure my dad was comfortable with the mattresses iand if not could change it which was comforting to know we had this option she talked us though everything and was extremely helpful

Plenty of choice of different beds and mattresses, quite a relaxing experience due to shop not being to busy when we arrived. Staff very helpful and considerate and not pressured in to buying.

Good service helped with my needs

We were welcomed with a hot cup of tea by the manager Holly at the St Andrews quey store, she gave us lots of information and advice in choosing the correct bed, mattress and also a pillow, we spent a good hour in the store until we narrowed it down to the bed / mattress that we chose. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the dream stores first if you are currently choosing to purchase a new bed/ mattress etc in the future.

Faye was helpful and friendly, answered our questions and also gave us time alone to decide on our purchase which we greatly appreciated. She couldn't have been nicer.

Visited the store 3 times once to browse and twice to place orders. Dealt with 2 members of staff who were both very knowledgeable and friendly. I was sold a product I wanted for my budget, and didn't have to face the usual sales tactics of other stores trying to push sales not customer needs. It was refreshing and hopefully I will be as pleased with the product when I take delivery.

Grace assisted us every step of the way. Great attitude, great customer experience.
